Converted from the old Coach House, this cottage comes complete with the original studded Coach House door and many interesting features - even it’s own saddle and bridle bits! The Coach House is arranged as an “upside down” cottage. Upstairs the sitting area has a spacious modern feel with leather sofas arranged around the fireplace with an electric Woodburning stove. There is a wall mounted flatscreen TV with Freeview and a DVD Player. There is also a DAB Radio CD/ iPod player. There are views across the gardens through stone mullion windows. Cosy eating area, the kitchen area is fully equipped including a double oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dishwasher.

Off the living space is a compact bunk bed room with delightful octagonal window. Downstairs the Main bedroom has a Half Tester double bed in a pretty room with an en-suite shower room. The Twin room is next door and can accommodate a cot if required. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is a heated towel rail to keep your towels snug & warm!

Outside The Coach House shares the cobbled loggia with Old Stables, another of our luxury holiday cottages offering dog friendly accomodation – a great place to sit and take in the view, listen to bell practice across the valley at St Bridget’s’ Church or just be…Visit the Eden Project, North Cornwall Coast, Padstow, Boscastle, walk the South West Coast Path.. so much to do .. or so little...
