Views across the countryside and gardens. Cosy eating area with views into the courtyard. Fully equipped kitchen area including a double oven and grill, electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dishwasher. There is a cosy eating area just around the corner with one of our trademark Simon Drew pictures to test your mind!

Upstairs there is a large and light bathroom with double size Jacuzzi bath. The main bedroom is warm and appealing with a comfy double bed with memory foam mattress with far-reaching views across the Tamar Valley. The Twin room is spacious and bright and can easily accommodate a cot if required.

Outside is a sheltered courtyard. Clematis and Roses scramble around the door where there are tables & chairs to have an al fresco breakfast or lunch or to just sit and listen to the charming pebble water feature………
